Job Summary

Contact prescribers, caregivers, and patients to schedule return services and conduct inventory management including cycle counts. Move inventory to sites for fittings at hospitals, patient homes, and clinics, then assist patients in packing up the Assure® system. Review and transmit essential paperwork, manage the return of inventory kits and electronic equipment, and coordinate drop-offs at approved shipping partners or local FedEx locations. Accept assignments for daytime, evening, and weekend hours with frequent travel by car to patient residences and healthcare facilities. Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.

Required Qualifications

Highschool diploma or equivalent
Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement
Valid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of vehicle

Trustworthy and able to abide by all HIPPA regulations and Kestra policies
Ability to work independently
