Job Summary
Contact prescribers, caregivers, and patients to schedule return services and retrieve the Assure® system and WCD garments from hospitals, patient homes, and clinics. Conduct inventory management services including cycle counts and move inventory to sites as necessary. Assist patients in packing up equipment, review and transmit essential paperwork, and coordinate drop-offs at approved locations or shipping partners. Accept assignments for daytime, evening, and weekend hours with frequent travel by car in Columbia, SC. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of vehicle

- Trustworthy and able to abide by all HIPPA regulations and Kestra policies
- Ability to work independently
