Job Summary
Schedule return services by contacting prescribers, caregivers, and patients. Perform inventory management including cycle counts and move stock to sites for fittings at hospitals, patient homes, and clinics. Travel to locations to provide retrieval services, assist patients in packing Assure® systems, and transmit paperwork. Manage equipment returns by dropping off kits, garments, and electronic devices at FedEx or approved Walgreens locations. Accept assignments for daytime, evening, and weekend hours with frequent travel by car within the agreed geography. Adhere strictly to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of vehicle
- Ability to handle Assure ® system kits, garments, and electronic equipment with care and attention to detail
- Trustworthy and able to abide by all HIPPA regulations and Kestra policies
- Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Testing is a condition of contracting with Kestra
