Job Summary
Plan, supervise, and complete routine engagements by reviewing work papers, resolving problems, and keeping directors informed. Supervise Associates and Senior Associates through feedback and career development evaluations. Become experts in assigned specialties while developing client relationships to address concerns and identify additional service opportunities. Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and clients. Stay current with auditing standards and regulations to ensure compliance. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance, CPA or candidate status, and 4+ years of public accounting experience. Starting compensation is $70,000–$90,000 with a hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CPA candidate
- EA
- 4+ years of experience in public accounting
- Efficiency in Microsoft Suite products and software including QuickBooks, Sage or SAP
- Skilled communicator, both verbally and written
- Ability to take and pass a background check
