Job Summary
Provide timely, high quality client service as part of engagement teams serving large and small companies across various industries. Develop strong working relationships to understand and solve clients' complex businesses, accounting and control systems, and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues. Perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology, ensuring proper documentation and identifying areas of risk to discuss with engagement teams. Provide supervision and development training for associates, taking ownership of assigned tasks to ensure service excellence. Prepare audit reports and management letters while exercising professional skepticism and adhering to the code of ethics. Ensure documentation is compliant with quality standards and collaborate effectively with RSM audit professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Commerce
- Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / Licensed CPA
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- CA qualified + 4 years relevant experience
- ACCA/CPA qualified + 5 years relevant experience
- Strong technical skills in accounting including GAAP and GAAS
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in "TMT" industry
