Job Summary
Lead assurance engagements in the health care sector as part of client engagement teams for a range of companies; develop strong working relationships and understand client needs, industry, and GAAP/GAAS considerations; perform audit procedures per the RSM audit methodology with proper documentation; identify risk areas and resolve issues with engagement teams; research technical accounting issues and prepare audit reports and management letters; supervise and develop associates, provide training, and ensure timely, high-quality service that meets client expectations; contribute to ongoing education and cross-team collaboration while delivering integrated service through the RSM delivery framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Commerce
- Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / Licensed CPA
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- CA qualified + 4 years relevant experience, ACCA/CPA qualified + 5 years relevant experience
- Strong technical skills in accounting including GAAP and GAAS
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
