Job Summary
Perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with quality standards. Identify areas of risk and address accounting and auditing issues, while developing industry expertise. Provide supervision and training for associates, maintain high-quality client services, and participate in various projects demonstrating problem-solving skills. Candidates should possess strong technical accounting skills, relevant experience, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Commerce/MBA
- Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA
- 2-4 years of relevant experience working in an accounting and audit related field
- Strong technical skills in accounting including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Private Equity industry preferred
- Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint
