Job Summary
Lead Assurance & Simplification within the Chief Operating Office to strengthen and simplify the bank's commercial management and cost planning across the technology function. Drive process improvements, controls, and data quality, and collaborate with SMEs in Finance, Supply Chain, and People to deliver measurable business value. Role involves diagnosing issues, designing actionable solutions, and delivering end-to-end optimization with a hybrid working pattern (some work from home and at least two days a week in London, Edinburgh, or Manchester).
