Job Summary
Assurance & Simplification Lead, Director responsible for strengthening and simplifying the bank’s commercial management and cost planning across technology, ensuring efficient controls and data quality. Lead design and implementation of process improvements, engage with SMEs in Supply Chain, People and Finance, drive end-to-end optimisation, and translate complex issues into actionable solutions delivering measurable business value. Requires accounting qualification, management-level experience, knowledge of financial services regulations, governance and controls, and a track record in process assurance and cost-models optimization. Hours 45.
Required Qualifications
