Assurance Senior

Direct the day-to-day activities of audit engagements for clients across diverse industries, including SEC registrants. Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to managers and partners while demonstrating thorough understanding of complex concepts. Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow and develop productive relationships with client personnel. Use technology to enhance service delivery and develop assurance staff through effective delegation and guidance. Provide developmental performance feedback to assurance staff. This role requires a minimum of three years of current audit experience, a BA/BS in Accounting, and a preferred CPA. Candidates must possess applied working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and demonstrate supervisory experience. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 - $130,000 and includes performance-based incentives, 401(k), and flexible work options.
