Job Summary

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-risk assurance engagements across diverse industries, serving as a technical expert in GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory standards. Develop engagement strategies, review and approve budgets and deliverables, and supervise managers and associates while coaching on performance and career development. Drive continuous improvement in audit methodology, manage engagement risks proactively, and act as a strategic advisor to clients on financial and operational decisions. Participate in firm-wide business development efforts, including proposal development and representing the firm at client meetings. Demonstrate advanced time management skills to lead multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining excellence in delivery and team well-being.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in assurance-related work
  • CPA license
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Deep technical expertise in GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant financial reporting frameworks
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale and high-risk engagements from planning through delivery
  • Advanced proficiency in assurance technology platforms and data analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coach multi-level teams, including Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
