Job Summary
Lead Assurance, Advisory, and Tax engagements for private company clients, including review engagements, compilations, and corporate and personal tax planning matters. Provide strategic business and financial advice to clients, helping them navigate growth, operational challenges, and key business decisions. Manage engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and delivery to ensure high-quality client service and efficient execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client partnerships. Collaborate with Partners on business development initiatives, proposals, and new client opportunities. Mentor, coach, and develop Senior Accountants, and Accountants through ongoing feedback, technical guidance, and career development support. Review financial statements, tax filings, and client deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with professional standards. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation
- Minimum 8+ years of public practice experience
- At least 3 years in a management role
- Strong technical expertise in assurance, private company advisory services, and tax compliance
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to manage complex client engagements and deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, client-focused approach
