Job Summary
The Assurance Senior Manager is responsible for enhancing client internal controls and accounting procedures while managing client relationships and business development. The role includes directing audit processes, validating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory standards. The position requires advanced knowledge in accounting principles, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and a valid CPA, with at least seven years of audit experience and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics
- Seven (7) or more years of prior relevant audit experience
- Prior significant supervisory experience
- Active licensed US CPA
Desired Qualifications
- Industry expertise in one or more assurance specialty
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with assurance applications and research tools
