Assurance Senior Associate

Job Summary
Initiate client engagement meetings to determine timelines, objectives, and expectations. Perform audit, review, or compilation procedures, including workpaper and financial statement preparation. Analyze trial balances, complex financial statements, and audit reports using software, Word, and Excel. Reconcile accounting information to control accounts and conduct fraud interviews as needed. Review staff work, prepare high-risk audit sections, and draft financials statements. Provide financial analysis to improve client internal controls and coordinate activities to meet client needs within specified time frames. Train staff on audit aspects and delegate work based on availability and experience. Perform field work at client locations as necessary and network to attract new business. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 2-4 years of assurance experience, and a valid or working CPA license. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
