Job Summary
Lead engagement planning for audits, reviews, and compilations; supervise staff and review workpapers to ensure firm and professional standards are met; manage engagement workflow across multiple clients, including budgeting, scheduling, and deadlines; lead proposals and pursue additional services for existing and prospective clients; oversee engagement administration and assist with billing, client obstacles, and regulatory changes; maintain CPA licensure and continue CPE requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Six to eight years' related experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA or other applicable certification
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft 365, Teammate, Suralink, and Pfx Engagement
- Ability to travel occasionally
