Job Summary
Conduct complex audits and complete workpapers to meet client needs and engagement profitability objectives. Supervise Associate and Senior Associate level staff while reviewing workpapers and financial statements prior to Partner involvement. Outline engagement issues, findings, and recommendations across various client situations. Manage client relationships with integrity by monitoring needs and building value into professional services. Evaluate costs, benefits, and risks of alternative solutions to client problems. Provide mentoring and technical training for audit department staff. Participate in business development and community organizations. Ensure timely performance on projects while maintaining compliance with budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5+ years audit/assurance experience in public accounting
- valid Certified Public Accountant license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
