Job Summary
Supervise complex audits and complete workpapers while delegating duties to Associate and Senior Associate staff. Outline engagement objectives, issues, and recommendations, then review workpapers and financial statements prior to Partner involvement. Manage client relationships with integrity by monitoring needs, building value, and evaluating costs, benefits, and risks of alternative solutions. Provide feedback to develop the audit practice, mentor staff through technical training, and participate in business development and community functions. Ensure timely performance on projects while maintaining compliance with budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5+ years audit experience in public accounting
- Valid Certified Public Accountant license
- Advanced knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles
- The ability to network and develop business
- Commitment to maintaining effective working relationships with internal teams and clients
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
