Job Summary
The Assurance Manager 1 - Real Estate is responsible for planning and coordinating client engagement projects, monitoring quality control, and maintaining relationships with teams. Key duties include providing oversight of service delivery, developing and training staff, and managing project timelines and productivity. The role demands a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, CA qualification, or ACCA/CPA certification, along with extensive experience in accounting and a strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and IFRS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Commerce CA qualified + 6 years relevant experience
- ACCA/CPA qualified + 7 years relevant experience
- Excellent technical skills in accounting including GAAP and GAAS and IFRS
- Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills
- Relevant experience in providing effective management oversight of staff
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive, productive and professional relationships
- Ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in 'Real Estate' industry
- Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint
- Previous Big 4 experience
