Assurance Lead

Conduct independent assurance reviews, audits, and assessments of Maintenance Management Organisation Examination, Inspection, Maintenance and Testing management arrangements. Request, review, and evaluate documentation to verify that policies, procedures, and safety systems operate effectively and comply with regulatory requirements. Represent the company and clients on governance matters while engaging with regulators and stakeholders to identify risks and drive continuous improvement across Defence programmes. Produce assurance outputs and recommendations to enhance operational performance and verify that activities are undertaken by competent, certified personnel.
