Job Summary
Develop an understanding of the business and the Consultant role while applying technical skills through on-the-job tasks and formal learning channels. Work as an effective team member to complete project components, implement client solutions, and document work effectively. Build working relationships at the peer client level, seek knowledge of client businesses, and actively pursue self-development opportunities aligned with the competency model. Assist in proposal development and research gathering as requested, and participate in firm-wide initiatives such as recruitment and marketing. Serve as an ambassador to universities and demonstrate an active interest in market trends and business developments.
