Job Summary
Assurance Execution Analyst responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a data and records governance framework across Barclays' global operations; monitor data quality and records metrics; lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development and coordinating resources; provide group-wide guidance and training on data management standards; collaborate with BU/FN, CDOs, SMEs, and stakeholders; contribute to governance artefacts, standards updates, and communication to senior stakeholders; requires strong data governance, lineage understanding, stakeholder management, and experience with governance tooling (Tableau, JIRA, ETL tools) and change management.
