Job Summary
Auditorship-focused role supporting RSM's audit team on mid-market client engagements. Responsibilities include performing audit procedures per the RSM methodology, documenting work, identifying issues, assisting in preparation of audit reports and management letters, and collaborating with engagement teams to deliver high-quality client service. Requires strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, formulas), proficient English communication, and knowledge of GAAP/GAAS. The role emphasizes professional skepticism, adherence to ethics, and active participation in project/work plan execution and cross-team collaboration. Located in Gurugram, India with an in-office requirement; flexible engagement with clients and teams across the US as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Commerce
