Assurance Associate 2 - Consumer Goods

Assurance Associate 2 will perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with RSM US audit methodology, develop strong working relationships within audit teams, identify and discuss accounting issues with the audit in-charge, assist in the preparation of audit reports and management letters, maintain professional skepticism and adhere to firm quality standards, and contribute to timely, high-quality client service across industries. The role emphasizes understanding client businesses, effective communication with audit professionals and management, ownership of assigned tasks, and collaboration across multiple teams to deliver integrated service delivery while supporting ongoing professional development and understanding of GAAP/GAAS within the US firm context.
