Job Summary
Audit associates perform timely, high-quality client service across industries, developing an understanding of clients' businesses and applying RSM’s audit approach to execute procedures, document work, identify issues, prepare audit reports and management letters, and collaborate with teams to meet client expectations with professional skepticism and adherence to ethics; role emphasizes client service, teamwork, and ongoing development within RSM US audit framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent
- CA/ACCA/CPA qualified preferred
- 0-1 years relevant experience (CA/ACCA/CPA or similar)
- Strong data analytical skills including Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Strong verbal and written English communication
