Job Summary
Assurance Administrator at a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm. Responsible for coordinating complex calendars, managing appointments and meetings, handling confidential business matters, and acting as a resource for partners and the team. Must communicate effectively across partners, team members, and clients; maintain deadlines; work independently with quick turnarounds; balance multiple objectives; adhere to firm policies and standards; and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy culture. Role supports a hybrid/remote-friendly environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 years experience as an assistant to multiple Partners at a medium/large sized professional services organization
- 1 year as an EA (or related/applicable experience)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to learn quickly and implement new software technology
- Proficient in calendar management for multiple executives
