Conduct hazard and risk assessments including quarterly OSHA/Safety audits, incident tracking, and abatement processes while maintaining required logs and certifications. Supervise initial incident investigations, oversee loss prevention operations, and manage patrol inspections of recording systems. Interview, select, train, and appraise staff; monitor attendance and direct supervisor development goals. Handle guest and employee complaints, settle disputes, and negotiate conflicts. Implement accident and fire prevention procedures, assist with first aid and claims processes, and develop training programs. Monitor General Liability and Worker's Compensation cases to protect company assets. Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services, and inform executives on relevant information.
