AsstMgr-Purchasing

Manage purchasing operations by ordering food and beverage based on business needs, receiving and inspecting deliveries, and verifying invoices against shipments. Compile, code, and audit data to generate accurate reports, maintain inventory controls with first-in/first-out rotation, and enforce sanitation and safety standards. Assist the Executive Chef in formulating vendor lists, controlling costs, and ensuring proper bookkeeping procedures. Communicate with kitchen staff and vendors to satisfy production timing while using computer systems to calculate figures and post invoices. Submit timely reports on profits, losses, and taxes to meet budget goals and performance targets.
