Job Summary
AsstMgr-Operations oversees operations in two departments (Front Office and Food & Beverage/Culinary or Engineering/Maintenance and Housekeeping), leads staff to deliver exceptional guest service, and supports achieving property goals. Responsibilities include managing guest experience, ensuring brand service standards, implementing safety procedures, managing department budgets and staffing, scheduling, training, and driving continuous improvement through HR activities and performance data. The role emphasizes professional leadership, customer service excellence, compliance with safety and hospitality requirements, and fostering a collaborative team environment to maximize guest satisfaction and operational performance. Based in Palm Beach, Aruba.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
