AsstMgr-Housekeeping

Oversee daily housekeeping, recreation, and laundry operations by obtaining room lists for immediate cleaning, communicating guest room status to the Front Desk, and managing linen and supply inventories. Ensure OSHA compliance, enforce lost and found procedures, and supervise inspection programs for guestrooms and public spaces. Handle guest complaints, review satisfaction results, and provide feedback to improve employee service performance. Maintain operating budgets and coordinate with Engineering on maintenance needs while supervising staff in the absence of the Director of Services.
