Job Summary
Entry-level management position leading and assisting with daily shift requirements across Front Desk, Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk. Responsibilities include guiding front-office operations, achieving operating budget goals, training and coaching staff, resolving guest concerns, enforcing credit policies to reduce bad debts, and supporting overall property financial objectives. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, integrity, team leadership, and the ability to supervise operations and staff in the absence of the Front Office/Front Desk Manager. Education paths include a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
Required Qualifications

- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required
