Job Summary
Develop and execute food and beverage strategies for restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets to meet brand service targets and maximize financial performance. Lead direct reports through pre-meal briefings, staff meetings, and annual performance appraisals while reviewing financial reports, managing inventory, and ordering supplies. Ensure exceptional guest service by analyzing satisfaction data, addressing employee concerns, and implementing training programs aligned with Standard Operating Procedures. Manage hiring, orientation, and disciplinary procedures for the leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and calculated risk-taking to drive incremental revenue.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
