Job Summary
Manage a team of four or more employees by planning, directing, and coordinating distribution facility operations in compliance with company policies and governmental regulations. Execute daily shipping and receiving activities while overseeing quality control and cycle counts. Purchase warehouse supplies and enforce safety procedures, including monthly safety protocol reviews and proper PPE usage. Utilize sit-down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product, handling tasks such as standing, cutting wire, and pushing heavy reels in a non-climate controlled environment. Work at a fast pace with flexibility for overtime and mandated weekend shifts, maintaining regular attendance. This role supports Priority Wire & Cable's Dallas warehouse operations, where employees receive 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and profit-sharing.
Required Qualifications

- Lift up to 80 lbs.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use sit down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, with attention to detail
- Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work weekends when mandated by the Warehouse Manager
- Regular and reliable attendance
- 18 years or older
- the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- eligibility to work in the United States
- proof that you are legally authorized to work in the US
- ASTM F2413 approved safety footwear
