Asst Supv/Filling - 3rd Shift

The Assistant Supervisor-Filling is responsible for supervising the department to ensure the manufacturing of paint and related products. Key responsibilities include enforcing health and safety regulations, coordinating employee activities, inspecting materials and equipment, training new employees, monitoring production standards, and resolving worker issues. The role requires effective communication, good attendance, knowledge of departmental tasks, operational roles in filling and packaging areas, adherence to quality control processes, and commitment to safety and integrity.
