Job Summary
The Assistant Supervisor-Filling will supervise the department to ensure the manufacturing of paint and related products by coordinating daily activities and executing the production work schedule. Responsibilities include enforcing health and safety regulations, coordinating production activities, inspecting materials and products, demonstrating equipment operations for new employees, monitoring production standards, and resolving worker issues. The role requires effective communication, a strong attendance record, learning manual tasks, operating equipment, and adherence to quality control processes and safety procedures.
