Job Summary
Asst Supervisor, F&B at SeaWorld Orlando Ambassadors program seeks enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver superior guest service, opening/closing facilities, providing menu and park information, monitoring equipment and temperature per HACCP, supervising and training ambassadors, authorizing over-rings, managing queues and cash recaps, ensuring proper meal portions and waste procedures, and contributing to a fast-paced, quality dining experience with strong communication and leadership skills. Requires ServSafe, Alcohol training, and Food Handlers certification, plus ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand long hours, and multitask in a dynamic park environment. Required Qualifications
- One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Successfully pass ServSafe exam prior to starting
- Able to pass Alcohol training upon selection
- Able to pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid Food Handlers card
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Able stand for prolonged periods of time
- Able to regularly use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop, crawl or kneel
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work indoors and in outside weather conditions
