Job Summary
Concrete project supervision on construction sites: oversee all concrete operations, ensure work aligns with design, maintain schedule, manage budget for manpower and materials, coordinate with operations managers and project management, supervise on-site crews, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, and report progress daily/weekly. Requires extensive experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction (tilt-up preferred), strong communication (including Spanish), ability to travel, and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction on projects of 2+ million
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent is a must
- Strong ability to supervise construction employees and manage within budget and schedule
- On-site supervision of concrete construction processes including coordination with other trades
- Ability to organize and schedule field labor and ensure performance as required
- Ability to coordinate with other subcontractors and ensure planning and harmony of work
- Monitor productivity and track project progress daily/weekly; report time for field manpower
- Proficient in safety practices and a strong safety-first mindset; CSI safety culture
- Spanish-speaking ability to communicate with field labor as needed
- Excellent communication skills; ability to build relationships and manage multiple deadlines
- Willingness to travel up to 100% depending on project location
