Job Summary
Concrete project superintendent role focused on coordinating and supervising all concrete operations on-site. Responsible for planning and ensuring coordination of concrete construction, maintaining schedule and budget, supervising field manpower, coordinating with general contractors and operations/project-management teams, tracking daily/weekly project progress, ensuring quality and safety standards, and maintaining open communication with subcontractors. Requires extensive hands-on experience in concrete construction (including tilt-up) and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, travel up to 100%, and communicate in Spanish with field labor. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule
- On-site supervision of concrete construction processes
- Willingness to travel up to 100% depending on project location
- Spanish-speaking skills to communicate with field labor as needed
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Safety-conscious with knowledge of CSI safety culture
