Asst Store Mgr

As an Assistant Store Manager at TJ Maxx in Shreveport, LA, you will drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom operations, frontline staff, cash office, and customer service while minimizing shrink.
