Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager of Sales and Service will lead the store team to create exceptional experiences for customers and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate staff coverage, coaching staff on customer service principles, utilizing training resources to educate the team, and resolving client service issues. Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail sales or management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, superior critical thinking abilities, and strong time management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Superior critical thinking skills to creatively identify challenges and develop action plans in a timely manner
- Great time management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks and appropriately manage competing priorities
