Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager for Sales and Service, you will support the management team in achieving sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service and supervising store operations. Key responsibilities include leading the store team, maintaining staff coverage, coaching staff, resolving client service issues, and creating a positive work environment aligned with a People-First Philosophy. Required skills include strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking, along with 2-3 years of relevant retail or management experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Superior critical thinking skills to creatively identify challenges and develop action plans in a timely manner
- Great time management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks and appropriately manage competing priorities
