Job Summary
Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals while maintaining presence through active floor supervision. Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed by prioritizing customer service and coaching associates on product knowledge and selling skills. Resolve client service issues regarding delivery and pick-up through effective management of client information reporting systems. Model sales generation and service excellence for all staff members.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Superior critical thinking skills
- Great time management skills
- 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs.
- Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts during the week
- Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days
