Job Summary
In the role of Assistant Manager, OMNI Operations, you will drive sales and profitability by managing in-store order fulfillment across omni channels. You will lead customer fulfillment services, ensuring effective stockroom organization and safety protocols. Responsibilities include conducting audits to eliminate shrink, managing safety practices, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with a People-First culture. Candidates should possess excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, along with 2-3 years of retail sales or management experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience
- Management experience in a customer service related field
