Job Summary
Lead customer fulfillment across all channels by managing order pick-up, outgoing shipments, unpaid holds, home delivery, and installation. Identify and execute shipping lanes in the stockroom while maintaining organization to support salesfloor replenishment and Omni efficiency. Perform regular audits and daily reconciliations to eliminate shrink, champion safety best practices, and ensure appropriate staff coverage throughout the store. Serve as a role model for building relationships with guests and fostering a positive environment aligned with the People-First Philosophy. Full-time associates require open availability; part-time Flex associates must work minimum weekend and weekday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Superior critical thinking skills
- Great time management skills
- Ability to independently lead self and others
- 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs.
- Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts during the week
- Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days
