Job Summary
Lead customer fulfillment across all channels including order pickup, outgoing shipments, home delivery, and installation. Manage in-store order fulfillment via Omni channels to drive incremental sales and ensure profitability. Identify and maintain shipping lanes in the stockroom, ensuring effective organization and supplies to support salesfloor replenishment. Perform regular audits and daily reconciliations to eliminate shrink while championing safety best practices and monthly safety meetings. Serve as a role model for building relationships with guests and maintaining a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly. Requires 2-3 years of retail sales or management experience with excellent communication and leadership skills. Full-time associates have open availability; part-time Flex associates must work minimum two weekend and two weekday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Superior critical thinking skills to creatively identify challenges and develop action plans in a timely manner
- Great time management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks and appropriately manage competing priorities
- Ability to independently lead self and others to achieve results
- 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business
- Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday)
- Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday)
