Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in supervising store employees, inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and ensuring profitability; lead customer service, scheduling, training, safety meetings, and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store at least two days per week, maintaining accurate inventory, implementing and maintaining planograms, ensuring cashier accountability and deposit procedures, and supporting the Store Manager in their absence. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (strongly preferred) and prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
