Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with supervision of store employees, merchandise presentation, deposits, stocking, and cashiering; open and close the store a minimum of two days per week; assist with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance; manage merchandise flow, inventory controls, planograms, and displays; ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, deposits, and cash-control procedures; assist in Store Manager's absence; provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash registers; participate in building displays, receiving, unloading trucks, and related store-operations tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
