Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with supervising store staff, merchandising, daily cash handling, and customer service leadership. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store at least two days per week, scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, maintaining inventory and planograms, ensuring accurate cash handling and deposit procedures, and supporting store operations in the Store Manager's absence. Must be able to perform cashiering, operate the register, and handle movement of merchandise, while delivering a customer-first experience and protecting company assets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
