Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and cash handling procedures
- Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money
- Frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 40 pounds; occasional lifts up to 55 pounds; occasional climbing
- Knowledge of cashier accountability and cash control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures
- Experience with planograms and inventory management
- Experience in scheduling and training employees
