Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for supervising store employees, assisting with merchandise presentation, inventory control, cashiering, deposits, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction under Store Manager direction. duties include scheduling, training, safety meetings, maintaining planograms, cash handling and deposits, refunds/overrides, and acting in the Store Manager's absence; emphasizes customer service leadership, problem solving, organization, and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
