Support scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance; supervise store employees in the Store Manager's absence; manage merchandising, inventory, and planograms; ensure cash handling accuracy, deposits, and cashier accountability; drive profitability and reduce losses through strict cash control and operational discipline; perform stocking and cashiering duties and support deposits. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, ability to solve a variety of problems, attention to detail, and ability to perform cash register functions and calculations are required. High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred; retail experience and supervisory exposure are also preferred.
